What we keep
We keep account identifiers, the 18+ entry confirmation, age-check result metadata, current legal acceptance, subscription and entitlement records, support cases, security events and the minimum operational logs needed to run and protect the service.
Tip payments
For a tip, we keep the account, amount, currency, payment status and minimum transaction evidence needed for receipts, refunds, chargebacks and accounting. We do not turn tip records into viewing history.
What we do not keep
We do not receive your Yoti selfie or identity document. We do not build viewing profiles, use advertising pixels, run session replay, fingerprint devices or sell personal data.
Who processes data
Supabase supports authentication and the EU database; Yoti performs age assurance; Segpay or CCBill processes payment; Bunny hosts the application and protected media; Brevo delivers account and support email. The final provider and country list will be published before paid launch.
Your controls
You can request an export, close the account, revoke sessions, cancel membership or open a privacy case. Some billing, complaint and security records must be retained for legal periods and are pseudonymized where deletion is not possible.
